Massage: 1 hour-$80, 1/2 hour-$45, 15 min. chair-$25
Massage therapy is a non-invasive, holistic approach to the body using hands-on techniques that awaken the body's natural ability to heal, and for overall relaxation.
Pilates: 2 hour introductory class-$50 (includes 2 free classes), One class-$12, 10 class punch card-$100
Our Pilates is a unique form of movement capable of creating profound change in the body through basic exercises. It is goal-orientated and designed to sculpt, strengthen, and tone the whole body, specifically the 'core' or abdominal area. The core is the foundation for avoiding or reducing back pain and neck pain, flattening the abs, improving posture, generating length through the body, building balance, and providing overall well being.
Tai Chi: One class-$12, 10 class punch card-$100
Tai Chi is a slow meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation, balance and health. Tai Chi can be a powerful tool for promoting physical and mental health and wellness.
Rolfing: 1 hour session-$130
Rolfing Structural Integration is a form of bodywork that involves changing the structure, function, and energy of the body to bring the body into its natural state of alignment and flexibility. It uses deep muscular manipulation and guided movements to release patterns of emotional and physical strain within the fascia, or connective tissue, of the body.

Dr. Hill's philosophy of chiropractic care embodies a holistic ("total person") approach to healing. Dr. Hill uses gentle, non-force and traditional "hands-on" chiropractic techniques. These include a combination of Activator, Diversified, SOT, and Thompson Drop.
